LSA+I works with homeowners to create beautiful, luxurious, healthy, high-performance homes which allow the occupants and the environment to thrive harmoniously. By incorporating sustainable and Passive House standards for design early in the home design process we create opportunities to increase the home’s value, optimize occupant comfort, provide superior healthy indoor air quality, increase the home’s resiliency to natural disasters, lower the home’s energy bills and have a smaller carbon footprint.
Whether designing a home for new construction, or remodeling and adding on to an existing home, LSA+I thoughtfully considers the homeowner’s vision and needs. We are valued as our clients’ advocate throughout the process of designing and building their dream home. We welcome a diverse range of architectural styles as we champion each project from initial concepts through the construction process. Clients and contractors value our attention to detail, responsiveness and collaborative approach which ensures successful projects.
