Lauren Shadid is principal of Lauren Architecture + Interiors. LSA+I is an award-winning firm specializing in high-end custom residential design with an emphasis on sustainability and occupant wellness.  Our firm’s comprehensive approach integrates design of both the interior and exterior of the home simultaneously.  LSA+I is your Architect, Interior Designer and Building Science expert  under one roof. This allows for superior continuity during the design and construction of our projects.

LSA+I creates beautiful, luxurious, healthy, high-performance homes which allow the occupants and the environment to thrive harmoniously. LSA+I is a champion of the environment, and often employs the Passive House standards for design. By incorporating sustainable design principles early in the home design process we create opportunities to increase the home’s value, occupant comfort, healthy indoor air quality, resiliency, lower energy bills and have a smaller carbon footprint.

Whether designing a home for new construction, or remodeling and adding on to an existing home, LSA+I thoughtfully considers the homeowner’s vision and needs. We are valued as our clients’ advocate throughout the process of designing and building their dream home.  We welcome a diverse range of architectural styles as we champion each project from initial concepts through the construction process.  Clients and contractors value our attention to detail, responsiveness and collaborative approach which ensures successful projects.
